Anthropogenic threats to marine vertebrates
This research line focuses on studying the diverse threats affecting the conservation of marine fauna, including species such as sea turtles, cetaceans, marine birds, and fish.
The main threats investigated are global change (encompassing climate change and sea level rise), the overexploitation of marine resources, and the effects of marine litter when ingested by marine megafauna.
