This workshop aims to present the progress and results of the ECOTRANSEAS project, which focuses on the current challenges of ballast water management and its impact on port water quality. The event will bring together researchers from the University of the Basque Country and the Polytechnic University of Valencia, as well as representatives from the Port Authorities of Cádiz, Bilbao, and Valencia, along with other maritime and port-related entities.
