Training and experience: PhD in Aquatic Ecology from Queen Mary University of London, specializing in the ecotoxicology of freshwater macroinvertebrates and the study of the impact of microplastics, including traditional plastics and bioplastics. She has participated in European projects, such as the Preventing Plastic Pollution (PPP) project from the INTERREG VA France (Channel) England Programme, and furthermore, she has extensive experience in fieldwork in aquatic ecosystems, handling analytical instruments in the laboratory, and scientific outreach.

Current position: Technician in scientific sampling and/or diving activitie.
